Yes the membership is kinda pricey but if you come Tuesday or Wednesday it's worthwhile. The add-ons are great - from Himalayan salts , hot stones , CBD or aromatherapy. Honestly this place gets 6 out of 5 solely because of Ezzie . Truth be told shes the only reason i still have a membership. The front desk gals are awesome so quick and responsive. But Ezzie , let me tell ya ... she makes you feel beyond comfortable and gets the job done . Her guide dog "Woof Woof" is an absolute angel . I always book an hour ; but now I'm thinking 90 minutes cause it just goes so fast . Its like that saying time seems to go fast in good company... thank you Elements for having such full review

While in Cali on vaca for my birthday, the Boo semi-surprised me with a 90-min massage with aromatherapy. Reminders were sent ahead of time with instructions on arrival and check-in. I arrived 15 mins before my appointment to complete paperwork. The paperwork was thorough and included a body diagram to explain various muscle groups etc. My appointment was with Blake. He was friendly, thorough, had hella soft hands and took his time working the tightness out of my upper was BAD. He communicated during the massage about pressure but not too much as I woke myself up snoring a couple times! Oh and I requested the Lavender aromatherapy. They have three options: Lavender, full review

Estelle really worked my aches & really listened to my request. I can't say enough about her skills. It's when I went to pay I was surprised by the hidden $20 cost for a scented oil. I really wanted to like this company for weekly massages. But when I went in I asked specifically what the charge I had cash & wanted TIP accordingly. WHY not tell the client by the way $20 for scented oil. Not a problem but when you ask and then deceive the client like, why ? Estelle isn't the person who is to blame it's the front office staff. Not cool!
