I WAS almost a new patient here. I had my appt scheduled and they called me the day before asking to reschedule me as the doctor needed to see a patient in the hospital.Totally understand.So I Rescheduled the appointment, coordinated with my husbands work schedule so he could attend the NEW appointment with me. Then I had to also cancel the babysitter I had already scheduled for that afternoon. So who knows if she could have accepted another job or not.So I received a call yesterday regarding my insurance verification. They were assuming I had a hmo plan and couldn’t find the group number that doesn’t exist. So once I explained it was a ppo plan and just had a copay...read full review
