Within 6 months of having 1200 sq ft of Parliament vinyl plank professionally installed, the planks were unlocking, peeling up, breaking and cracking. This product is absolute trash.The “customer service” is equally as bad, as depending on the week, I was either ignored or they found endless excuses why any problems could not possibly have been due to the product itself.The biggest mystery here is how this company is still in business? A real head scratcher. DO NOT PURCHASE.

About a year ago my husband and I were looking for a laminate floor for our new home. We liked Parliament when we saw it at a flooring business but wanted to see a bigger portion of it. We went to Parliament in Ranch Cucamonga and were very impressed with how we were helped by Andy. He was very nice and told us everything about the floor we liked. Fast forward to September 2020. We are a general contractor and were using these floors for our customers. Overtime these do not hold up. We had a warranty issue for defective material. We do not recommend using this brand flooring. Pay a little extra and make it last.
