I used Armando and South Cal Construction to renovate a detached garage into an office a few years ago. His team did an amazing job and I had to use him again for an en-suite addition (bedroom expansion, walk in closet, and master bath). Armando walked us through the whole process from recommended an architect, coordinated the design plans to be approved by the city, collaborated design, purchased materials, communicated cost and schedule, and untimely passed final inspection. Overall a great experience and we are happy with the new addition!

Wow, Armando and his team really helped us out when our condo flooded!!! We were recommended to South Cal Construction by our neighbors and could not be happier that we called them. Armando and his team replaced our kitchen, and all of the flooring throughout our home. He did such a great job that we called him again to update both our bathrooms and do a lot of projects throughout our condo, including putting up ceiling fans and dimmer switches. It is a good thing that we went with Armando and his team, because he had to do major rewiring in our unit to get our electric up to code. I'm so glad I picked southcal construction for my new remodeling. I had a great experiences in and past and they didn't let me down this new time either. Mr Armando has great ideas regarding home renovations. I truly recommend him and I stand behind his work.
