Dr Chad Gidel did an amazing job working on my 7 year old. We had a bad experience at a previous office and my son left saying today "If I need any other work done I want him to do it." As a dental professional myself, I am very picky on who my family goes to. I am very confident in Dr Gidel and would recommend anyone to his office.
Everything form start to finish! we come all the way from Oregon to have Chad and his wonderful staff take care of us! Couldn’t ask for a more caring staff and Chad is as good as it gets. He really cares and is about as up to date on everything dental as you could wish for.
My nine year old son had an infection and had to have a tooth removed. The staff including Dr. Gidel, Andi, and even Kim were incredibly supportive. They took the time to make sure we understood the process. They made sure to comfort him and constantly check-in with him throughout the procedure. They all made what could have been a traumatic event for a 9 year old, very manageable. I cannot thank the staff enough for their patience, compassion, and expertise! We are so blessed to have them in our community. ❤️
