I went here for a gel pedicure and left with unpainted nails and an impaled ingrown toenail. The service started out okay, up until the moment when the manicurist kept pressing on my ingrown toenail, asking “Does this hurt?” multiple times. She insisted on “cutting” my ingrown toenail saying, “it’s okay, it’s okay, I’ll take care of it. I agreed hesitantly. She then grabbed a long, rusty looking cuticle trimmer and began digging it my toenail until it bled. I had to stop the service because of the pain, and even though I was bleeding, she kept saying “I can get it, just a little more”, as she was laughing at my pain and made it seem like I was making a huge deal. At that point I did not feel safe here anymore, so I asked if I could pay for what was done and leave. I mentioned that my toenail hurt and that I would prefer to go to a doctor, but again she insisted that she could perform the service, because it’ll cost less. I glanced over at the box of manicure tools and wondered when they had last been sanitized, if ever. Her coworker came and rudely asked, “do you want her to cut the ingrown or not?” I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years and in all that time I have never had someone try to pry my ingrown toenail out with a cuticle tool alone. I have never had a manicurist insist on continuing to “remove” my ingrown toenail when I was already bleeding. I have never been treated so badly, having my pain invalidated. I was charged $26 to be impaled by long, dirty, unsanitized tools. I ask that some sort of health inspector come and investigate this place, because I am sure I am not the only one this has happened to. A majority of puente hills mall is closed down and dilapidated, so I understand that business is tough and costumers are hard to come by, but that is no reason to risk the health and safety of your clients for a couple extra dollars. The manicurist slapped some Neosporin on my bloody toe, and stood watching over me as I put my shoes on, while muttering things to her co-worker. Aside from being prodded by dirty tools until I bled, I was RIPPED OFF. She didn’t even bother filing my toenails!!! Alcohol was sprayed on my toe only after it bled. DISGUSTING PLACE, SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

Great! Other than a customer coming in late expecting the employees to drop the people they were working on to attend her. Employees were calm and asked her to wait but she made a whole scene, which was ignored. After she left employees were calm and completed their work. Great work done with my pedicure and my daughter's. Will be going back soon!

I needed a manicure to clean up my gross toes. Saw this location during one of my depressing walks around this nearly empty mall. This is a good option for a nail salon. It's convenient to my location and there's plenty of parking. If you have other business at this nearly vacant mall, that's convenient. The woman gave me a great pedicure and it was relaxing. Some of the furniture has aged if that bothers you. This mall is Struggling so all the businesses there are hanging on while they can. It's cash only. Walk-ins welcome. I didn't have an appointment. Price is average. Going back for sure.

Nancy and lily are the best. They took their time and perfected my nails. I was iffy cause I normally have my own nail lady but I wanted to give this a try. I admire and love the way they did my nail. And took the time to do my toddlers I will definitely be coming back. Plus I got the gel x and Nancy did them AMAZING..

The worst pedicure (full set) I’ve ever been to, they do the ugliest crooked nails not done professionally, I could’ve gotten them a lot better somewhere else for $30. Please don’t waist your money here.Services: Pedicure

Great place to get your nails done. I stopped by the Spo-Cha yesterday and decided to take a walk through the mall and found this spot. My previous set was peeling due to Christmas day cooking and activities and needed some TLC. The gentleman helping me was kind, cleaned my nails up, cut them down, and shaped them to my liking. I went with a simple nude with glitter. I did not give a 5 star due to the cost being $40 for a fill with only 1 week growth. (Maybe the pricing is lower in the area I reside?) Either way, give it a shot. You can't knock it til you try it.
