This car was sold to us from California where it wasn't legal. This dealership sold it to us and they said it is legal in Hawaii. They lied and we have documentation. They have not responded to our lawyer. We can't register it. We can't sell it. If we can't get some sort of registration we can't even donate it!!!!! Don't buy anything from this unethical dealership!!!!!

-1 star. This place is pure garbage. Buyers please stay away at all cost. I leased a vehicle here about 3 years ago. I tried to return the vehicle here asap to get a mortage loan for a new house. Everyone here is super rude and does not want to help. They will hang up on you and make rude gestures.

We dealt with Adib and Hector to buy a vehicle through this dealership. Hector brought the car to us, at our home to show us the vehicle on a Saturday. We agreed on the price over the phone and made a verbal agreement to buy the vehicle with cash. We had an appointment the next day to sign paperwork, which was a Sunday. Hector and Adib knew we would sign on Sunday and since banks were closed, we would bring payment on Monday morning and collect the vehicle. We arrive at our appointment on Sunday and see the vehicle with a sold sign with our name on it, only to walk in and speak with the manager who says someone came in that morning and offered to finance the vehicle. We were there before the other person ready to sign and they turned us away. The verbal contract we had made was broken and I am writing this to make sure people know the integrity of the dealership before considering to make a deal over the phone. We wasted our time driving to the dealership when they could have called us when the "so called" other person made the offer after the truck was already sold to us (our name on the vehicle with a sold sign). I'm extremely disappointed with this experience.

Adib and his team helped the whole way. First, I called and he quickly confirmed stock. I wasn't going to drive 45mi away to see something that wasn't there and I appreciate that he understood that. Next, I was able to take a test drive and see exactly what I was purchasing. Then, the financing department made it a quick and easy process. Finally, the crucial part was when my plans to pick up the car fell through, they hung on to it until the weekend for me. Excellent service!

We had a great experience with this dealership. My review is strictly for the Sales Department, and more specifically, salesman Adib Haddad. My wife and I were in the market for a gently used vehicle and I was interested in checking out the Alfa Romeo Stelvio. I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon, and they had just received a fully loaded 2019 Ti Sport model with under 15K miles, so I checked it out and told Adib I'd be back with my wife the next day (I don't think he believed me...LOL). We returned and they had just listed it at a price that we just couldn't say no to, so we didn't. Adib and his colleagues were straight shooters and we felt very comfortable throughout the whole purchasing process. We just love our "new" Stelvio. I'd definitely recommend Maserati of Puente Hills, and Adib, if you too are looking to purchase a new or quality used vehicle.
