Li spent a lot of time helping us pick out different designs for window coverings for the different rooms in our house. He explained the billion options patiently. His install people were always on time, clean, and careful. I changed my mind about which side I wanted the draw cable on for one of my blinds... after it was installed. We decided to replace some blinds in our kitchen and the coverings in two upper windows in our family room when we recently did some remodeling. I had seen Kao's Design concept for years off the 60 fwy and decided to try them out. I worked with Li Wang. On the original consult, I went to the showroom and described my wishes. He was able to pull my thoughts into specific products. He then came to my house to verify window sizes and confirm my selections. Now that they are professionally installed, I couldn't be happier. They are just what I was looking for! Thanks for the great service.

This was our 2nd. Order from Kao’s. First order was for all the blinds in our 2 story house, this was for our guest house, all the blinds as well.The quality is very good, excellent value for the money and very polite and professional sales people.I will be back for my next order.
