I was very stressed about the water damage inside the walls of one of my bathrooms, which was caused by a water pipe breakage. I was able to see water bubbles on the surface of the wall ready to pop.
So I called Xpress Restoration and within less than an hour, Giovanni Franco, a Water Technician from Xpress Restoration, arrived at my door. Giovanni and his assistant immediately ran moisture tests and found that the moisture inside the walls traveled from my bathroom, to the laundry room, and into my garage. Giovanni measured the moisture content in every wall and showed me the moisture readings around the affected areas.

This company really goes out of their way to assist their customers and really do right by them. We had a unique situation that needed immediate attention and they sent out their on call worker and didn’t even hesitate. We greatly appreciate they’re attentiveness and dedication to quality customer service!
After the shocking experience of having a fire in our home, we spoke to different contractors to restore our garage that was completely gone as well as the damage in the rest of the home caused mainly due to smoke and water. Leo was very responsive and assigned Omar and his crew to handle our home restoration work. Omar's job was outstanding. He was always available and quickly provided answers to our questions and solutions to our problems.
