San Diego Imaging - Chula Vista

After my doctor’s appointment on Thursday March 5th, she ordered me to get a chest x-ray and so i called San Diego Imaging Chula Vista office to schedule an appointment. They informed me that x-rays are walk ins only so no appointment needed. I asked what time they close and they said 5pm. The next day Friday, i had taken an hour off early from work to get my X-ray done and got there at 4:30pm. Upon checking in, I was told that all the x-ray machines have been shut down and they do not take anyone anymore at 4:30pm. I had kidney ultrasounds here today. I couldn’t be happier with service and professionalism of the staff. I had an appointment set with referral from dr and was cash pay client. As with all healthcare facilities these days, there just aren’t enough of them. I arrived 15 minutes prior to appointment as requested. I was checked in quickly, even though there were some folks in the waiting area, and I was taken back for my appointment within 5 minutes of my appt time. This place is the worst. Forget calling to make sure you will be seen. It doesn't matter. They told me to go in before 4:30.I showed up at 3:54 just in case, and 1 hour later, oh well, we won't be able to see you after all. These people just want to get out early on Fridays. Well Edgar, you and your buddies can go enjoy your weekend, while I lose out on 1.5 hours of wages. This was a waste of my time and energy considering the pain I am dealing with. Very unprofessional. Sharp is the worst!
