Thank you to Jessica for being so on top of it, kind, patient and helpful especially while my referring Dr’s staff was making a nightmare of the insurance situation. I appreciate you. Thanks for keeping me sane while figuring it out.

We were prepared for the worst after reading these reviews. We went for an Xray, so it was a walk-in; they don’t do appointments for X-rays. There’s plenty of parking, the lot is clean and located right in front of the office. We checked in at 8:43am on a Friday with Isaiah who was very friendly and polite. Told us it would be about a 20 minute wait. The lobby is clean, but loud—no “inside voices” here.

The office is easy to access from the parking lot. The professional staff is courteous, knowledgeable, caring, and empathic. However, two of the four receptionists ruined the whole experience. They are the two oldest, one of them is named Mirna. They are extremely condescending, rude, and simply mean to old people. They don't ask people for forms and documents, they bark orders. They are worse to people on Medical and older people. The other clerk was yelling to an older Filipino gentleman and to a Hispanic male who was waiting on the wrong side of the line.
