So sad I didn't find Restore Wellness and John earlier. John listens to you and is very intentional with the massage. I hold a lot of stress in my neck and shoulders from sitting and looking at a computer all day. Came out feeling 100 times better. Definitely referring my friends and family, and recommend John to anyone looking to get an Amazing massage.

Very nice and comfortable studio! John gave an amazing and technical massage. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He gave great suggestions and an analysis on improving my tightness and pain. I’ll be back!

Restore Wellness is about not only massage therapy, but encompassing the whole wellness of the body, mind, spirit, and environment. Restore Wellness offers Tui ‘Na (Chinese Modality), Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Circulatory Massage, Chair Massage, and a combination that's customized to each individual clients' needs. There are many benefits to each of the different modalities offered, including general relaxation of the muscles and body. Tui 'Na can help to relieve many common ailments by working along the organ meridians that run throughout the body. Deep Tissue, Circulatory, and Sports Massage all help with the restoration of blood flow for the body, as well as pain relief.
