We love Pride N Joy so much! Our puppy Luna has been coming here once a month for over 6 months now and we have been so happy each time. The whole team is so kind, caring, and you can tell they genuinely care about the animals. I appreciate them for always giving me advice on what to get / not to get and never upselling me. Highly recommend this place not only for grooming but also for getting pet supplies and food.

Needed my dogs ears cleaned as was told a walk in is the preferred method for this service. I'm a fan of appointments to guarantee a time but wanted to give this place a chance since it's so close to home. Was greeted promptly and was told the wait would be about ten minutes. We walked around and came back and my dog was whisked away to the back and in less than five minutes he was back. Ears cleaned and plucked! Couldn't have been happier with the professionalism and care they took of my puppy! Will definitely be back and recommend you give this place a try.

Absolutely the best experience for me and my dog. They're very accommodating to my situation which is my puppy not being fully vaccinated yet (he has one last series of shots left) and that he can't see well due to his long fur covering his eyes and his nails are getting really long. Being a first-time dog owner, I'm wary of trimming hair close to his eyes so I wanted to seek an experienced groomer instead.I couldn't pick up my puppy on-time due to work-related matters and they were so understanding.
