Praecelsus managed my property for four years during the Covid era. During this time frame, Peter (the owner of the company) was not only up to date on all the city ordinances but was a visionary for how proposed changes to these ordinances could potentially impact home owners.As far as the tenant selection process, Praecelsus is very strategic. This clearly showed when I returned to my home this year. The condition of the house was nearly the same as I left it. Peter at Praeselsus Property Management has been managing our rental house since we acquired it nearly ten years ago. He helped us determine appropriate rent and lease provisions, and brought us well qualified tenants within two weeks of listing. The same tenants have rented from us the entire time. Peter responds quickly and efficiently whenever maintenance is requested by us or the tenants. He also provides great real estate investment advise and stays up to date on changing laws and requirements.
