Brandon was great. The only thing I was not happy with is that the initial phone call I made to the call center for their service. The man on the line told me that they would spray the attic, but when the service man Brandon came to the house, he mentioned that they did not service the attic. So I was disappointed. I was told the attic would be sprayed as well. I was under the impression the cost included the attic, but then it turned out it didn’t.
The technician, Juan, is very professional and helpful. He arrives on time, makes himself available if we need to call for service and is very pleasant. We are not done with our month long service yet. Hopefully we will have success all around.
Brandon is a friendly Professional technicians. He is very detailed and thorough when doing his job. He explain to us any issues with our pest activities. We are lucky to have him as our Orkin technician.Service: Hornet & wasp extermination
