I had a foot massage here this week. I will say it started off rough- waited fifteen minutes for appointment, weak massage and not great customer service. I was disappointed and gave the feedback to the manager, Charleen. Let me tell you this is where it changed. The manager received my feedback and addressed It immediately. She offered an hour massage to have me give them another chance. I did and the massage was great! No one expects perfection but I was so impressed that Charleen handled it well, used it to train her staff and tried to make accommodation for me. I will go back.
Thanks! Thanks! Thanks! Today there was a gas leak at Bonita and we couldn't enter the Mall. While waiting, my battery died and I could only get here with someones help. I got the humanitarian help here that I couldn't get from the Starbucks next door and I was able to charge my phone and call uber. The ambience inside is great. The staff is great! What can I say, on the first day off I will come here to buy services. Thank you very much.
Amazing, incredible, marvelous, wonderful, there are so many ways to describe happy head from the customer service to the massage the front receptionist down to the massage therapist. Felt so welcomed when coming in and got set up quickly so glad I called to make sure they had time and they did and got accommodated to how I’d like my massage and they did not miss a spot I felt so relaxed after 12/10 would love coming back to have Lee work his magic again not to mention how clean the place is kept felt so nice due to past massage places that I had horrible experiences at but this is perfect and with all the locations around San Diego I’m glad I have a place I know... read full review
