I had a foot massage here this week. I will say it started off rough- waited fifteen minutes for appointment, weak massage and not great customer service. I was disappointed and gave the feedback to the manager, Charleen. Let me tell you this is where it changed. The manager received my feedback and addressed It immediately. She offered an hour massage to have me give them another chance. I did and the massage was great! No one expects perfection but I was so impressed that Charleen handled it well, used it to train her staff and tried to make accommodation for me. I will go back.

Worst customer service ever. I made an appointment at 3 pm over the phone. I arrived then the front desk person told me the therapist won't be coming in until 3:15 pm. Then 3:15 pm passed, I was still waiting in a lounge then I asked them how much longer I should wait, and then she rudely answered " huh? Your appointment is 3:15." No apologies. It was like 3:20 already. Her attitude was rude the entire time. Then she changed the story "the therapist just finished with the previous customer so she needs a break." Then why the front person couldn't say like " your therapist isn't available until 3:30pm" to begin with ? Then I could go other location or I just cancelled it. She charged it first and had me wait for a long time. I felt like I was trapped. I arrived on time for my appointment and waited roughy 40 min in a lounge. no apologies. Her statement made me feel like I am to blame. Futuremore, I think because the therapist did not get much rest between sessions, she was weak and her massage didn't work for my knots at all. I should have gone to the other location. So shady. I have gone to the location I have never had such bad experience until yesterday. I won't go back this place anymore. Waste my money and time. I went to relax then I came home really unhappy and disappointed.

Thanks! Thanks! Thanks! Today there was a gas leak at Bonita and we couldn't enter the Mall. While waiting, my battery died and I could only get here with someones help. I got the humanitarian help here that I couldn't get from the Starbucks next door and I was able to charge my phone and call uber. The ambience inside is great. The staff is great! What can I say, on the first day off I will come here to buy services. Thank you very much.

My wife and I booked a last-minute couples massage here last week, and it was a disappointing experience. The massage was one of the worst I've had, and the masseuse kept sniffling throughout. With two young kids, our free time is limited, and this experience was not the relaxing break we had hoped for.

Amazing, incredible, marvelous, wonderful, there are so many ways to describe happy head from the customer service to the massage the front receptionist down to the massage therapist. Felt so welcomed when coming in and got set up quickly so glad I called to make sure they had time and they did and got accommodated to how I’d like my massage and they did not miss a spot I felt so relaxed after 12/10 would love coming back to have Lee work his magic again not to mention how clean the place is kept felt so nice due to past massage places that I had horrible experiences at but this is perfect and with all the locations around San Diego I’m glad I have a place I know I will be greeted with a warm welcome and will have an amazing massage !
