Our first visit with Eastlake Coastal Kids Dentistry & Orthodontics was exceptional. My 6 yo daughter was nervous from previous dental experiences but was put at ease with the attentive and professional customer service she received. We loved how everything was explained to her which made her feel safe. After reading great reviews online we made the right choice.

Everyone here is great and honest. Super dentist said my daughter needed a root canal, so decided to get a second opinion and I’m glad I did because they were able to save her tooth. Thank you so much!

I brought my daughter in the other day and I am in shock of the way this office looks and the standard that it is held at. The woman that work there are so unprofessional, my daughter and I were in shock that we could here the assistants saying curse words. The fact that we can all hear what they are saying while my child is being seen by the doctor is completely unacceptable. The only reason why I give ANY stars to this office is because of the only great interaction I had that day which was with Marianne. Marianne had the most amazing attitude and brightened my experience, she asked questions about my daughter and it was very obvious that she is passionate about her job and it definitely shows. My daughter was so comfortable when normally she can be a little hesitant to come to the dentist office or any office for that matter. I hope that the office can make changes in the near future because it needs to happen sooner rather than later.

This dental office presented the highest level of compassion towards our 3 year old toddler who normally would have a tough time with strangers and at any appointment. The team there was very supportive and caring displaying pure love for their job. Very awesome experience for our first visit.

Staff is very kind with the kids. I don't like that they have a lot of assistants that are learning. The are careful doing the procedures. Dentist are constantly changing between offices, so you may get a different one each time. I like to have the price before procedure to know what my insurance will cover, and not always will that be cover everything even do they think so. Overall I like the experience my kids have here. They feel comfortable coming here.
