We had Care One come out to replace the gas valve and burner on our water heater. They gave us an honest quote comparing replacing the parts versus replacing the water heater altogether. While they were working they discovered another issue that had been causing a slow leak for who knows how long. Luckily they had the parts they needed and were able to quickly fix that as well. Very happy with Care One’s service. Will definitely recommend them to local friends and family.
Paul is responsive and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem with our old Holly Stubby floor furnace and give us an estimate over the phone. But most impressive is that he updated our old furnace that we've nearly given up on and it works better than it ever has in the last 30 years. It was wonderful working with Paul and we appreciate his skill and professionalism.
Our 65 year old Holly Stubby floor heater conked out. Care One rebuilt it and now works as good as new. It was a little on the unsafe side before, which I kind of knew. They made it safe, and it will probably out last me.
