I just received a new Samsung phone and was having trouble fine-tuning the setup features. I went to Verizon and they refused to help me. A friend recommended this place I was able to program the apps I needed and the person who showed me what I needed to know was so helpful and I wasn't charged, even though I didn't purchase my phone from there. I will definitely recommend them.
Have been coming here for years for our phone needs. It's one of a few places that is very honest and deals in high integrity. I highly recommend this store and the owner, Anu. You won't be sorry.
Verizon lost the best store when they left this one. Best customer service. So honest and reliable. I even sent my parents here from a nearby city because I trust this family owned store.
