I am in the middle of a bathroom remodel and had a leaky pipe. My husband shut off the water to the house and ended up getting the gate valve stuck shut. I found Fletcher’s by chance and they came out that day. We had PJ make our service call and he did an exceptional job. Fletchers came out right away when I called. Unrelated, I had a crew here gutting my kitchen due to water damage. Shortly after we disconnected my fridge from the water line that was hooked up to our water heater-water started gushing on top of my heater from the valve! That's when I called Fletchers-I was so distraught! PJ was friendly and beyond compassionate to my never ending disaster with this other project. He fixed the leak then had to come back later that night for our bathrooms to replace our valves due to leaks (I called 5 minutes before they closed and he still took the call on a FRIDAY!)
