I purchased my AC in 2003 and never had any trouble in all those years. I decided it might be appropriate to have the unit serviced. Nick came out at the appointed time. He checked the unit, cleaned it and said everything was in good order. He went into the attic and checked the condition of the tubing as well as the thermostat. Again, everything was in good order. I was overwhelmed at his honesty because I could have been told everything needed to be changed. Nick changed the filter and charged a simple maintenance fee. I am so happy I can trust a company to be so upright and honest in their assessment. I would have given 10 stars if I could. THANK YOU JOE & NICK.

Called Joe today. Got back to me in 10 min. Got here the same day. Nick worked on and check unit. Changed some parts. Vary minimal cost. All is working great,same day. We were lucky it wasn't a big problem. Nick was very pleasant straight forward and went right to work. Was done in no time. Many thanks. 5 stars L McDonald

Joe Sepe fixed my AC unit in my old condo about 5 years ago. The unit was over 30 years old and I thought it was kaput, but they managed to fix it and stop it from making the noises my neighbors below the unit complained about. Flash forward to last year, I called Joe again to come out and give me a second opinion on my unit when my home warranty refused to fix it. He did everything he could to avoid me having to replace the whole unit. He and his son researched the over 40-year-old unit to see if they could find parts, and an alternative. Sadly they were no longer made. Then, we got a 2nd and 3rd opinion and Joe was the most reasonable quote. He has been honest and helpful...read full review
