The Pilates Studio of Carmel

We visited Carmel for a girls trip and absolutely loved coming by here for a Pilates class. Tesia was quickly responsive, easy to book with, and the studio was lovely with lots of windows/open doors. Equipment was all is very good condition.

The absolute BEST studio! Tesia is beyond amazing ... a true professional! She is incredibly knowledgeable, motivating and accommodating. Scheduling is always easy with flexibility of private or group sessions. The facility itself is always clean and has great equipment with a great ocean breeze flowing through the dutch doors. I really enjoy working out with Tesia, I feel challenged each time and her attention to detail makes me feel very comfortable and safe.

Cathy is AMAZING! I needed someone to help this beginner ease into Pilates and she made me feel comfortable and self-assured. Using the machines in a semi-private setting helped me feel less self-conscious. She has a wonderful way of explaining correct posture and positions that help you understand what happening to your body. She ROCKS
