Showed up on time, price was determined, professional, respectful, and efficient. Wasn’t the cheapest but didn’t try to oversell or tell me something else was wrong! Vanguard Plumbing will now be my go to plumbing!
Vanguard was great! I appreciated them giving a quote through messenger rather than saying they needed to come out and diagnose it first. Even though I was specific with what I wanted a quote for ( “How much for running a snake through our kitchen line?”), several companies did not want to give a quote at all. That is a red flag for me.
When he got here he was thorough, friendly, and professional! We will use them again in the future!
Robert from Vanguard is a fantastic ambassador - organized, detailed and efficient - if it was as simple as just Robert they’d be a one-stop shop. Unfortunately over the last two years I have not reached a live dispatcher 80-90% of the time. If I leave a VM I’m guaranteed to NOT receive a call back 100% of the time, making this a very iffy vendor for me in spite of Robert’s value.
