David Rubin is not only a great attorney, but also obviously a great human being. I contacted other attorneys and they all basically told me, "your case is too small, not interested". But David treated me with respect, was extremely professional, prompt, and thorough. He was patient enough to walk me through everything without trying to sway me in any direction whatsoever. Just laid out the information in a very detailed, but easy to understand manner and respected my decisions. I would highly recommend David Rubin to anyone who needs an attorney for anything. Excellent experience overall.

I needed an initial consultation and randomly found David's name during my search for a local attorney. It turned out to be a great choice. David is easy to communicate with, very approachable in conversations, detailed oriented and methodical in his recommendations and decision-making approach. His ability to explain legal aspects in simple terms and guide his client through complicated process are outstanding.

I just chose David because he was near where I lived and I just "hoped for the best". I am happy to tell you that I was so happy with my choice! From day ONE, David began answering my numerous questions, explaining everything in easy to understand language. He never made me feel like I was wasting his time! I had never thought about suing anyone before and we exchanged emails and phone calls for at least a couple of weeks before I felt comfortable enough to proceed. I didn't think the "little guy" had a chance against a big Corporation and my case was far from a slam dunk.
