5 STARS all day!First timer here for any type of face Botox etc. Jolene and Tara made me feel so comfortable and answered every question/concern I had before we started the procedure. They’re both so sweet and smart…Jolene‘s office is gorgeous inside. So clean and decorated so cool/professional in Carlsbad village area.I’m a 43-year-old male that likes to be in the sun, so I’m starting to see some wrinkles on my forehead and crows feet around my eyes where I squint because I refuse to wear my glasses all the time. Jolene and her staff and professional, attentive and so efficient and helpful. I feel like I'm visiting friends when I'm there.I started seeing Jolene 2+ years ago when I was researching someone in N. County to help me with my aging goals. At my previous place, I saw whoever was available and didn't feel that was the best way for me to reach my goals as I had to explain them each visit. IDuring my first meeting with Jolene, we discussed long term and short term goals and Jolene understood that I wasn't trying to look like someone I'm not, but was just trying to "soften" my look. Jolene is, in my opinion, the best in the business! I was fortunate enough to first experience her skillful work in Newport Beach. After relocating out of state and then returning to SD, I was thrilled that she was here. No other injector I’ve encountered has had the precision and/or understanding of facial contouring and shadows. I feel heard, seen, and always understood when I’m in her care!
