My AC went out last night and I was worried that I wouldn't have anyone available to come out until a few days. Having huskies in the house, that wasn't going to work! Cracker Jack Air Pros not only responded the quickest but were available to come and identify/correct the issue this morning! Absolutely great! Not only did they provide excellent service needed to fix my AC, they were really transparent on their prices! I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg but they took their time to find the exact problem to reduce any unnecessary costs to fix it! We needed our AC fixed and our tank less water heater maintenance done. Brandon was quick to respond to my quote request and helped me book a same day appointment. Upon arriving at my house, the AC problem was quickly diagnosed. Within an hour, my AC was up and running, and my water heater was flushed and filers cleaned. Brandon was professional and courteous the whole time he was at my home. He was respectful of me, my family, and my home. We will definitely be calling again next time we are in need of service!
