I give a Resounding 5 STARS to Thomas Norman and the whole family at California Carpet Cleaning and Repair. I cannot say enough positive things about the owner and his company. I have known Tom for many years (8+), and he is the kindest, hardest-working person I know. As the Bible says, Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters. Tom is this kind of person. I initially reached out to him for a small job when I was moving from my old house to clean the carpet in my office, a few area rugs and an antique chair passed down from my grandmother. They came out to the house the next day and gave me a price and service I will never forget. Since that day, I have continued to use Tom for all of my carpet and upholstery cleaning needs, and I never hesitate to recommend him to all my friends and family in Escondido and Carlsbad. Tom and I continue to stay in touch because, like myself, he is a family man with a passion for classic Mustangs, boats, golf and real estate. Tom came on time and did a great job cleaning our carpets. It appears that Tom is the owner of this company and it appears he personally does all the cleaning. So you know you are going to get a quality job when you go with this company and that they just didn’t hire a “new guy” to come into your home to clean your carpets.Service: General carpet cleaning

We are huge fan of Tom and California Carpet Cleaning around here and have used him for multiple properties. Each time he has amazing communication, is very timely and his work is absolutely wonderful! What shines thru the most for me is how friendly and personable he is while doing his job. He humored my 6 year old that had endless curiosity and questions while watching Tom work, and went above and beyond what he was called to do! He brought our area rug and huge sectional couch (that had met face to face with 2 boys, 2 cats and a puppy) back to life and I'm so impressed at the transformation! Tom kept us posted on his timing and was very thorough and efficient in his work. He cleaned carpets in 3 rooms and tile/grout in family room and 2 bathrooms, all in under 3 hours Plus he's a nice friendly guy! Highly recommended.
