Took my 2 week old kitten there and they gave me a lot of helpful info on raising her, feeding her and gave her needed medications. Staff is helpful, informative and seem as if they know what they’re doing (they’ve yet to be wrong, but whenever I leave a review saying something positive like that, it seems to end up being ALL bad on my next visit to whomever I’d just given praise to, so I’m trying not to jinx myself, allowing the 5 stars to say how pleased I am with their services).
UPDATED: Turns out, my “she” is a “HE”! My gf was holding him some time ago, she noticed a little more “baggage” than he’d had before! LOL Yup, the little guy... read full review
First time using this facility. We were very fearful we were near losing our 14 year old dauchaund mix. They took care of him, we left with meds, with thorough instructions and 2 days later he is back to normal
I want to thank Dr. Huang, Tilly and Tiffany for taking care of my little suki I will always be grateful for their compassion and kindness for not only suki but for a very worried dog mom..
Dr Haung took the time to explain everything so i could understand the plan going forward and what test may still be needed and I feel confident that my precious pup is in good hands with this team and am truly grateful to all. I can not really give an opinion on the pricing because I do not know what all other offices are charging but what I can say is they have made suki comfortable and that in turn is priceless.
