I can't say enough wonderful things about Shawna. She is truly the best at what she does, but what makes her so special goes far beyond her skills. From the moment you meet her, she has a way of making you feel completely comfortable, welcomed, and cared for. She creates such a relaxing, judgment-free environment that you almost forget you're getting waxed!
You can genuinely see how much she cares about each of her clients. She takes her time, pays attention to every detail, and always makes sure you're comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Her kindness, professionalism, and passion for what she does shine through every single visit.

My sister first recommended me to Shawna at Luminance Wax & Skincare, but I was SO nervous because it was my first ever wax! I went in for a Brazilian, and Shawna was honestly amazing. She was super sweet, welcoming, and walked me through every single step, which made me feel so much more comfortable. She made the whole experience way less scary than I expected and never made me feel embarrassed or awkward about anything.
