A very good veterinary clinic. They are friendly and professional and the price for vaccinations is very reasonable.

I was referred here and I am so glad I made the decision to start bringing my 2 dogs(Dougie and Raven)here. The staff is always so kind and helpful. It really shows the love for animals with each and every staff member, making you feel confident that your animal is in the best care ever with them. Will never go anywhere else. Thank you all for being so kind and caring towards my Dougie and Raven.

Before leaving this review, I’d like to say that I’ve been coming here for about 15+yrs with my animals and it used to be such a wonderful experience. If I could give zero stars I would. Unfortunately that is not the case anymore, since the business changed ownership a few years back the quality of service has went down substantially and yesterday was the last time I will ever take my animals to this clinic. The staff is incredibly rude and not attentive at all, and in all honesty it’s been this way since the business had ownership changes back in 2020. You’ll stand at the counter waiting to be helped while the phones ring off the hook and the female staff mingles amongst themselves, only once they are done chatting then they’ll address you and not even politely at that, more so treated with a tone of annoyance and inconvenience. The lack of attentiveness extends towards the animals as well, it shows greatly through the lack of care that the animals receive. The last few times I’ve brought my animals here I have had to have the staff bring the vet back in or follow up with more questions from the vet because the vet did not thoroughly conduct the exams or answer the questions I had been asking, especially when they didn’t even look at what I’m bringing my animal in for. Not to mention the cost of the exams and other procedures are constantly going up with absolutely no notice, I’m not talking small increases either, those are to be expected; I’m talking 100-200% increases on some service costs.. In all honesty, I wouldn’t be upset about the price if they actually just took care of my animal thoroughly and treated their customers with respect. Constantly having to chase staff members around and ask questions yet never receiving any straight answers and waiting for hours for a response it’s completely normal here. This office also discusses peoples financial situations out in the open in the lobby for everybody to hear, which is something very new because that is not something that they have always done and that’s definitely not appreciated. The cost of a visit, the medication’s, and what they are being seen for his personal and private information I need to be treated as such. This wasn’t one staff member, but multiple staff members speaking very loudly in front of all the other patrons discussing the financials of my visit (mind you this was not at the time of check out when I was at the check out counter. This was while I was just sitting in the waiting room). Asking a staff member what the status of their appointment is and what is going on with my pet is absolutely impossible. No one ever has a straight answer for you because nobody ever knows what’s going on, and that’s even if you can get a staff member to make eye contact with you because they seem also avoidant and making contact with any of the patients. God forbid they actually have to help someone with their appointment. Rest assured, treatment isn’t treatment I’ve only received here and there. This is every time I go in. It’s not just me either, you can go and sit in the waiting room and witness us all yourself. This kind of treatment isn’t only privy to the clinic, but this type of treatment also extends over the phone as well.
Between the rude staff - the lack of attention and care - and the pricing, I will no longer be bringing my animals here. This place does not care about the animals nor do they care about the people bringing in the animals. Which is extremely unfortunate because this is the only place I used to bring my animals, now it’s on the list of places where I don’t bring my animals. Our animals are family members, and they deserve to be treated as such. My suggestion, find another clinic and save yourself the stress.
