To begin with, the shop was closing up and I walked up to the door, and Iris was willing to make time for me on such short notice, which I appreciate. I've only had one other "manzillian" before, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but there was no awkwardness or ceremony about it - just drop the pants and she goes to work. It's painful, I'm not going to lie, but Iris was as professional as you could want. I can't really fault her for the pain - it's part of getting waxed down there, and for her part she was very gentle with "it". Now to surprise the wife!

Very clean very nice placeCame to remove the skin tags, the owner (forgot her name) was very nice and prompt. She did good job to remove it and mine was big but I hardly felt anything pain. She was very kind to advice me how to take care my skin even though I did not have facial service done. Love this place and definitely would come back

Pregnancy did a number on my skin and left me with a bunch of cherry angiomas, and one in particular on my cheek which bothered me every time I looked at it :( I did a ton of research on different lasers that might remove it and discovered the "lamprobe". Orchid was the only spa I found in the whole south bay that offered this, so I decided to schedule an appt and see if it worked. Ivy was so nice and explained the procedure to me and put numbing cream on the spot so that I would not feel a thing.
