Worst hospital I’ve ever experienced. 23 weeks pregnant with an infection I had to come back for because they didn’t give me antibiotics the first time. Come back and have been sitting in the lobby for 5+ hours with zero word from the nurses or dr. Stopped nurses walking by to ask for an update and they never came back. Charge nurse told me that since they aren’t “my” nurse they don’t have to come back and give me a response LOL. Completely unprofessional and my bedsheets had someone else blood on them. ??

Highly disappointed. During the height of this pandemic they ask that you not touch this or that, wear a mask etc etc.. however doctor walked into the exam room with mask around chin, when i said I wasn't comfortable with that did absolutely nothing. I asked if I needed a certain medication, the same doc said 'if its not causing you any harm just keep taking it'. Proceed with caution when going to this location.

Doctor Sara Whatley is the most caring and compassionate doctor I've ever met, she will even help u on her days off, what doctors do that? Dr Whatley will take alot of time explaining everything and if u still dont understand, Dr Whatley will call you her self and explain it again, what doctors do that, she will get done whatever is needed, no matter what, even on her days off, I've had alot of different doctors in my life, never had one like Dr Whatley.. I never want to go to a different doctor again. She makes u feel very secure about any health issues u have, and gets the job done better then any other doctor out there, I'm so glad that I found her and will never leave...read full review
