Do not recommend this location. Very unorganized and not detail oriented. Several times my calls weren't returned, or my calls were routed to the main call line (when this office line was busy) and my calls were only returned when I followed up several times when I had medical questions about my first pregnancy. Ended up switching to UCLA care in Thousand Oaks (so much better and professional), but don't get me started on the process to transfer my records over to my new OB. It took this office almost one month to transfer my records with me calling almost every other day to remind them. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this office.

Worst hospital I’ve ever experienced. 23 weeks pregnant with an infection I had to come back for because they didn’t give me antibiotics the first time. Come back and have been sitting in the lobby for 5+ hours with zero word from the nurses or dr. Stopped nurses walking by to ask for an update and they never came back. Charge nurse told me that since they aren’t “my” nurse they don’t have to come back and give me a response LOL. Completely unprofessional and my bedsheets had someone else blood on them. ??

Highly disappointed. During the height of this pandemic they ask that you not touch this or that, wear a mask etc etc.. however doctor walked into the exam room with mask around chin, when i said I wasn't comfortable with that did absolutely nothing. I asked if I needed a certain medication, the same doc said 'if its not causing you any harm just keep taking it'. Proceed with caution when going to this location.
