BUT - Can that online merchant fit your new aids, drawing from a drawer full of wires and domes then put little tubes in your ears to tune out any resonances and whistles, tweak the sound to your preference and then provide as much followup support as you need? NOPE!!And that is why Dr. Lao gets five stars and my repeat business!
