As the property manager for a six-unit commercial building in downtown Burlingame, I have worked with Mulberrys as one of our tenants at 251 Primrose Road for several years.
The shop is always exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and professionally operated. Aaron and his team are consistently friendly, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. They take great pride in their business and it shows in both the appearance of the store and the level of service they provide to their customers.

I’ve used mulberrys here and south beach a while - one is by work and one is by my house. Great place. Elsa and Karen are super friendly and their prices are good. Highly recommend
Elsa at Mulberry's went above and beyond to address a problem that arose when the leather seat cover I wanted cleaned was dyed by mistake and no longer matched the chair.... She arranged to have the chair picked up at my house and and dyed to match the cushion. It was an old chair and the leather was badly faded. The chair they returned to my home not only matched the cushion cover it looked like new.
