I brought my king size down comforter here to be cleaned. They texted me when it was ready. When I picked it up, it was in a zippered case ready to be stored until the winter months.
Very professional all the way around. I would totally recommend Mulberry’s.
I am really trying to like this cleaners especially because we appreciate the pick up and drop off service. However, my electronic receipt often does not match what was sent in and we are missing several items of expensive clothing. Their records show receipt but it never made it back. Sent in a long evening gown with a small makeup spot. Charged $25 and spot remains. Going to keep at it and see if quality improves because I do like the reusable hangers and focus on green. The drop off team is great.
