I’ve used mulberrys here and south beach a while - one is by work and one is by my house. Great place. Elsa and Karen are super friendly and their prices are good. Highly recommend

Elsa at Mulberry's went above and beyond to address a problem that arose when the leather seat cover I wanted cleaned was dyed by mistake and no longer matched the chair.... She arranged to have the chair picked up at my house and and dyed to match the cushion. It was an old chair and the leather was badly faded. The chair they returned to my home not only matched the cushion cover it looked like new. Thank you Elsa!!!

I will no longer bring my clothes into Mulberry’s. Their service people at their store fronts are great, but the quality of the pressing is very poor.
Business and dress shirts get double creased in the back and on the sleeves. I often find myself repressing my shirts while on business trips. I have talked to the customer service people many times, and they have placed notes on my account.
The issue continued, and after so many complaints with no response from their upper management, I can no longer expect the service will improve.

This store is very dishonest. First they sent you discount offer. They will charge you first laundry shirt as the list regular price. The second laundry shirt will mark up 15%. In order to let you use your discount. When you ask them why they will charge two different prices for two laundry shirts. They said it is because of Nordstrom brand is designer brand. That’s why 2nd shirt will mark up 15%. When I asked them why they charged me two different prices for both Nordstrom shirts, they cannot provide answer. I cannot trust this store anymore.

I was overcharged for two mens shirts. They billed me extra fees for “fitted” shirts when they were just regular off the rack men’s shirts. I asked for the shirts to be boxed when I dropped them off. They were not. Then when I asked for a price adjustment, they charged me an extra $1.80 for “high end” shirts . Huh? This is a high end dry cleaner that charges $5.99 per shirt - why are we charged even more for “high end” shirts? So I ended up paying $7.79 per shirt plus tax for my “high end” men’s dress shirts to be laundered and pressed and put on crappy wire hangers. Major disappointment
