I reached out via Yelp messenger and got a reply almost right away. My questions were answered immediately and I was able to book an appt. Service was courteous and kind. When I arrived, Leena was ready for me and took me back right away. She answered all of my questions (again) and since it's my first time, she said she would do very natural "J" curl lashes. Leena is the absolute best. She is nimble, kind and accommodating. The time spent getting my lashes done is so relaxing. The Lily lash & Beauty studio is meticulously clean, location is accessible and parking is ample. I have been getting my lashes done with her for at least 3 years now and I'm proud to be a loyal customer! I must say I'm a fan of the more natural looking lash, and Leena is able to achieve that look, plus a little more volume for special occasions upon request. I came in to get lash extensions and they came out great. Unfortunately, a lot of the lashes on one of my eyes fell off after 2 days. I contacted Lily Lash & Beauty and they offered to have me come in and get them redone. Yui was the one who did my lashes each time and she is amazing. I would recommend her to everyone. I am so happy with the redone lashes and even happier with the outstanding customer service (especially during the holidays!). I will definitely be coming back!!!
