Called first thing in the morning to see if they could come out and fix a clogged drain that was between floors. Had someone come out by 10, quickly unclogged the drain and were done in under an hour. Couldn't be more appreciative at the promptness and professionalism of the service call

30 years ago, my family used Steve Gotelli to do pipes at my house. 30 years later Leo Gotelli was able to fix my ancient treasure of a water heater, despite parts not being available for years. Truly incredible and I will continue using Leo for decades. Thorough, knowledgable, reliable. I cannot give higher praise for these guys.

Guys arrived on time, wore protective booties to keep floor clean, and quickly fixed my leaking trap pipe cleaning up thoroughly before leaving. They gave me great advice on another drippy bathroom faucet as the cost to fix might not be worth the money; parts would have to be ordered anyway.
