I made an appt at this salon with a lady named Loli. Short hair short lady. She was highly recommended by multiple people. We scheduled an appointment for my hair. She didn't give me the address to the salon but I got the address from those who go to her. When I arrived she was already doing a lady's hair and I told her we had scheduled an appt and I told her what time we agreed too. She completely denied that we scheduled anything at all but there were others in the room getting their hair done and she didn't want to admit she booked us both.
