When I first walked in two young ladies were standing at the front counter. They both turned and looked at me and I said hello and they both turned away and continue to do what they were doing. I then said. hello how are you doing and then they spoke. I dropped off 16 items and they told me they would be ready on Friday. Also they make you pre-pay for their service. I came back on Friday at 4:32. My items are missing and she said you have to pick them up tomorrow. I said absolutely not you guys said Friday. I had a great experience with this business! I needed to have a pair of jeans hemmed, and I heard this vendor could do it. The woman I interacted with was very polite. She was knowledgeable and professional. When I went to pick up my item, the transaction went seamlessly. The jeans were quickly produced and I was on my way. The product was done exactly as I had requested, and the thread matched the jeans perfectly! The hem looked like I had just purchased the pair new from the store! I definitely plan to have my future clothing repairs done here!!!

I brought my cleaning to them you have to pay in advance? When I picked up the cleaning my pants were NOT creased as agreed the said sorry come back tomorrow, upon returning they were still not pressed she told my to come back in 3 days I picked up my pants (3 pair) and took them to another cleaners. Very BAD SERVICE I do not recommend this cleaner.
