I always look forward to my appointments at HB Collective Salon. The salon atmosphere is relaxing and everyone is so welcoming right when I walk in.
They take great care of me throughout my visit. From the selection of drinks and snacks, including a fun Cocktail of the Month, to the massage chair while I sit under the dryer, to the warm aromatherapy towel during the wash. Jenn even finishes it off with a fresh homemade cookie after my fantastic cut, color and style.
I highly recommend HB Collective, it is a place where you feel truly pampered and confident.

Jenn is by far the most organized and professional hairstylist I have ever worked with. She is prompt, responsive, and highly skilled. She has achieved with my hair what many previous stylists could not. My coloring is exactly where I want it to be.

I'll start by saying that Jenn has been doing my hair since around 2011. I've followed her through all her salon renovations at Salon Suites. In these 12 years, I've watched her become a phenomenal hairstylist and colorist. She always takes the time to talk to me about exactly what I want for my color and cut. She keeps great records so she knows exactly what she used on my hair and what we did on my prior visit so she knows what and how to adjust (or keep the same). She knows I prefer a low maintenance color and style because of my busy life and she always makes sure that's what I leave with. Between my 3 kids and my spouse and my work schedule, somehow she is always able to find a time for me in her schedule or she will let me know if she has a cancellation if I ask. It's very easy to make an appointment and she's very responsive. I know the importance of having a reliable and talented stylist and you can find all that in Jenn!

This salon is my happy place! Jenn has a way of not only making my hair beautiful but she pampers me thru the entire salon process. She has a beverage of my choice waiting for me when I arrive. She has snacks to munch on as my hair is processing. And I'm also getting a heated back massage as I'm sitting under the hair dryer processing the color. Cool music is playing in the background. Next it is a wash with an amazing neck massage and as I wait for the toner to sit I have my choice of relaxing oils applied to sooth my neck and senses. This is so relaxing!My hair turns out perfect every time! And as I am leaving she hands me a home baked cookie to take home. I book my next appointment and can't wait to come back in six weeks to do the entire process again. Thank you Jenn!

Jenn is AMAZING! I’ve been going to her for 10 years now & she never disappoints. She is a wizard at what she does. Constantly growing her hair knowledge in the industry. Great tips and tricks for your hair home care, has product on hand in the salon, back massage options as well as a variety of beverages & snacks. But wait, It doesn’t stop there ! she also has goodie bags & treats to-go too :)Jenn always keeps your best interest in mind and will never do anything to damage your hair! She will get you to your end result in the healthiest way possible, which is why she’s so trustworthy & reliable ! She’s even amazing with tape in extensions - non damaging !!!
