With 60+ full-service, conveniently located health clubs across California, In-Shape Family Fitness caters to every body, providing opportunities to move, progress, and connect for a healthy mind, body, and spirit. However, some members have noticed issues with the maintenance of certain equipment and facilities, such as non-functioning cardio machines and unclean sauna and shower areas.
The gym is clean, the staff is friendly, the membership is respectful of each other and the equipment, the equipment is maintained in good working order- inoperable machines are noted with signs and fixed in a reasonable amount of time. The operating hours are convenient, the dues are reasonable, the gym is well ventilated, the temperature is always pleasant and there are never any unpleasant odors. Many machines are duplicated so there is seldom a need to wait. Overall, it’s a very modern, spacious and well maintained place to exercise. I highly recommend it to anyone and consider it one of the best I have ever belonged to.
This location is always clean and easily accessible. It’s large, has many options and machines for all areas of fitness. It has a pool and two saunas as well as a very well-kept bathroom and changing/locker area. Customer service is always a priority and I am really impressed with the manager Fassel. He was very kind and understood all of my questions and concerns. Thank you for your outstanding service, I am very appreciative.
Excellent club with a new outstanding manager... Fassel. He has made this club remarkable in the short time he has been here. I believe this club just received an award for outstanding club within the in-shape franchise.
