We called at 5 pm to see if we could make an appointment to get the kid in to peirce his ears, and by 5:30, he had earrings. Outstanding service and true professionalism. We can't wait to get tattoos there. The adults... not the kid!

The place looks really clean and the staff seem pretty friendly. The piercer whom goes by Zero is pretty arrogant. He definitely lacks interpersonal skills and comes off very condescending. He told us to call if we have any problems but when asked for his name so we'd know who to talk to he asked "why?" As in why do we need to know his name. Would definitely give this place 5 stars if the piercer was a little friendlier.

This review is purely for the guy doing the piercing. I came in, we discussed the piercing, I signed the form and was asked to sanitize my hands. No worries because A+ for cleanliness and the work station was super clean too. He got really mad at me when I touched his mirror while looking at the spot which was marked for piercing. I said I was sorry, multiple times and he said it's ok many other people don't listen too. What the actual heck, way to make someone feel like s*** bro. I should have walked out. The actual puncture of the piercing hurt a lot more than my daith, tragus and forward helix. The ring used looks very very large and I will go somewhere else for them...read full review
