Papillon is the best nail spot I’ve been to in OC! I’ve tried other places but I get the best value from Papillon between the quality and friendliness. I always get compliments on my nails and the owner is quick to respond to any concerns.

Kristine is amazing at dip nails ! ? she’s patient and sweet .and some of the other ladies are wonderful. .I’ve only had one other gentleman do my dip and I rather not comment or return to him as it wasn’t a great experience some kids lack customer Service skills .

I’ve been to several nail salons in our area and this has been the most positive experience of all the salons we’ve tried. The nail technicians there are so kind and friendly, the prices are very reasonable, the water in the foot tubs is nice and warm - just the right temperature, and most importantly, they did a FANTASTIC job on my pedicure and my daughter’s Halloween spider web manicure. I would highly recommend this nail salon.
