Julio called ahead of time and asked if he could arrive early; that was great for me. He assessed the bathroom sink clog and ran the snake twice to ensure it was completely cleared. He made a few recommendations and guaranteed he work.

Julio might just be the nicest person I have ever met! He came out for a last minute job on a Saturday morning because I had discoloration in my water. He quickly figured out that I had a problem with my water softener, and helped me to solve this problem with no cost. I have already recommended Graham Plumbing and Julio to a friend.
