On Friday March 8, 2019, I had a very sour experience for I had paid $40.00 on a 30 minutes massage. The therapist offered the hot stones, I told her I did not pay for it, nevertheless, she said she would give it to me for free. Before I left her premises she got upset because I would not tip her thereby humiliating me, a senior cityzen and disable american. She forced the tip saying: "Oh my God, I gave you a good massage and the hot stones and you do not want to tip me! I told her would give it to her next time because I did not have sufficient money. I got a massage here during my last visit to CA. It was decent, but I've had much better deep tissue massages at other reflexology and acupressure places. The main reason I'm not rating this place 3 stars is that the practitioner told me immediately as I left the room that I need to give at least a $10 tip (20%) without asking about my experience. Not a good business practice to pressure customers to tip a high percentage for a mediocre massage.
