Everyone at CALCOMS was helpful, courteous, and professional from start to finish. Owner Mike was able to come out same-day to quote repair for a nearly 40-year-old Trane Executive A/C. He was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable, and he was able to answer all of our (many) questions. The repair quote was reasonable, but newer units are so much more efficient that we also asked for replacement quotes. We decided on a new systemwhich was installed in less than a week! Mike also came back after a few weeks to make sure everything was working as expected and to address any follow-up questions. Now everything is cooler, quieter, and cheaper as our electricity bill is way down....read full review

Am a returning very satisfied customer.in the middle of the recent heatwave, my AC gave way. Mike was very prompt in responding to my message, and came over the next morning.Not only did he meticulously diagnose and fix the problem, but also was diligent in reviewing the overall condition of the old unit.I have found him to be a skilled and honest person. Will highly recommend his services.
