Honestly couldn’t have had a better place to get glasses. I’ve been struggling to get glasses and Marcos just welcomed me into the store like we’ve known each other for a long time. He knew exactly what problems I’ve had and he is just a stand up guy. He’d make a great store leader
Annika was so helpful and very knowledgeable. Another employee also helped us out (didn’t get his name) but he recommended a pair of glasses we hadn’t seen yet and ended up loving it and going with that one! Really appreciate the staff at this Warby Parker!
There’s only one optician at the 4th street location so be prepare to wait if you’re coming to have your glasses adjusted. Which is obviously by design since I was kindly told to browse glasses while waiting. So overall the buying experience is good but like many places the post-selling experience is poor.
