Lito is incredibly good. He is a former stretcher for the Oakland Raider until they left and was recruited to be a stretcher for the 49ers. His combined decade experience of massage therapy and Fascal Stretch Therapy (FST) is evident when working with him.Highly recommended

My husband and I went to Lito this week and I will absolutely be coming back! He spent a good amount of time stretching me before the massage which is exactly what I was looking for. The massage was perfect pressure and he checked in with me to make sure I was comfy. Can't wait for my next appointment.

Lito, is extremely skilled as a masseuse and very professional. He indivifualizes his treatment to the client and takes effort to ensure the experience contributes to the client's healing and overall well-being. He is especially skilled in restorative, mayofascial therapy for any issues with scar tissue post-injury. His sessions are a wonderful adjunct to physical therapy, or if you're accident prone like me :-) and always recovering from some injury or overused, knotted up muscles.
