If I had the budget and if I lived closer I would see Lito 3 times a month. I live almost an hour away but he is worth the drive. This guy is an absolute pro and I've been getting massages off and on for over 25 years and Lito is my favorite therapist of them all. If you are an athlete let him know because he does some stretches that are absolutely life altering and help with the dreaded DOMS. If you just need self care and rejuvenation and a mental reset go, just go see him. I'm telling you that you will not regret it.
