I am a new patient- I have called Verio healthcare several times to re- order cpap supplies. I continue to get rerouted , wait for 40-45 minutes and I’m never taken care of.Cpap sends me to branch office- branch office sends me back to c-pap supplies over and over and I’m not being taken Care of. If I had my choice I would not be dealing with this company. It’s been weeks and I still don’t have my March supplies…… very disappointed
I talked to a gentleman named Sean P today and he was far and beyond helpful. He answered all of my questions and was very considerate and compassionate.He was also very knowledgeable and patient. It is so nice to talk to someone that cares and sincerely is looking out for me. Thank You Vireo for such a great supportive team member and Thank You Sean
Have been using Verio Healthcare for my CPAP supplies for the last few years. Today I called because I am now on SCAN Classic and needed to update my insurance info with Verio. I spoke with a rep named April who was very pleasant, courteous, patient, and extremely helpful. April updated my insurance information and then clearly explained what I had to do to get my next order of CPAP supplies. I wish all customer service reps could listen in on how April helps people out - she could teach a course! Thanks so much Verio for having people like April!
